摘 要:利用新工艺制得羟基化氮化硼(OH-BN):通过NaOH辅助物理球磨,将六方氮化硼(h-BN)剥离成纳米片的同时初步进行羟基化改性,利用水热法在NaOH溶液中进一步羟基化改性,酸洗干燥后得到OH-BN。使用不同二异氰酸酯和亲水扩链剂合成了多种水性聚氨酯(H-WPU),利用OH-BN和H-WPU制备OH-BN/H-WPU涂料,通过丝网印花法制得羟基化六方氮化硼导热聚氨酯涂层(OH-BN/H-WPU涂层)。通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)和热重分析仪(TGA)等对OH-BN进行了测试表征,并研究了OH-BN/H-WPU涂层导热系数的影响因素。结果表明:OH-BN成功被羟基化且保留了h-BN的典型六边形结构,在水及H-WPU中的分散性提升。当使用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸合成的H-WPU、OH-BN用量为H-WPU质量的20%时,所制得的OH-BN/H-WPU涂层导热性能最好,导热系数为0.2783 W/(m·K),相较纯H-WPU涂层的导热系数提升了0.0773 W/(m·K)。The novel method to produce hydroxylated boron nitride(OH-BN)∶the hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)was exfoliated into nanosheets by NaOH-assisted physical ball milling with preliminary hydroxylation modification,and further hydroxylation modification was carried out in NaOH solution by hydrothermal method followed by acid washing and drying to obtain OH-BN.Using different diisocyanate and hydrophilic chain extenders,a variety of waterborne polyurethane(H-WPU)were synthesized,which,combined with OH-BN,was used to prepare hydroxylated hexagonal boron nitride(OH-BN/H-WPU)coatings.And hydroxylated hexagonal boron nitride thermal conductive polyurethane coating was prepared by screen printing method.The OH-BN was characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TEM,TGA,and the factors affecting the thermal conductivity OH-BN/H-WPU coating were investigated.The results showed that OH-BN was successfully hydroxylated and the typical hexagonal structure of h-BN was retained,and the dispersing performance in water and waterborne polyurethanes(H-WPU)was improved.When H-WPU synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid was used,and the mass of OH-BN was 20%of H-WPU,the prepared OH-BN/H-WPU coating showed the best thermal conductivity of 0.2783 W(/m·K),which was 0.0773 W(/m·K)higher than that of the pure H-WPU coating.
