摘 要:通过在棉织物表面原位沉积聚多巴胺、MXene层和离子液体,并利用正硅酸乙酯和羟基硅油的水解缩合反应构建低表面能杂化层,制备了一种导电防火超疏水棉织物,研究了其化学结构、微观形貌、疏水性和防火性。通过在该棉织物上组装电极,制备了压阻式压力传感器,研究了其压阻传感性能以及在人体运动检测中的应用。结果表明,该棉织物的水接触角和滚动角分别达到154.4°和6.7°,表现出优良的抗黏附和自清洁性能。棉织物具有良好的防火性,点燃后可在3 s内快速自熄。基于棉织物的压阻式压力传感器表现出高灵敏度、宽压力检测范围和快速的响应性,重复稳定性优良,且信号不受人工汗液的干扰,已成功应用于人体运动检测。A conductive,fire-retardant and superhydrophobic cotton fabric was prepared by the in-situ deposition of polydopamine,MXene and ionic liquid on the surface of cotton fabric and subsequent hydrolysis-condensation reaction between ethyl orthosilicate and hydroxyl silicone oil to form a low-surface-energy hybrid layer.The chemical structure,micromorphology,hydrophobicity and fire retardancy of the cotton fabric were studied.Piezoresistive pressure sensors were prepared by assembling electrodes on the cotton fabric,and the piezoresistive sensing properties as well as the application in human motion detection were investigated.The results showed that the water contact angle and sliding angle of the cotton fabric reached 154.4°and 6.7°,exhibiting excellent anti-adhesion and self-cleaning performances.The cotton fabric possessed good fire retardancy and could be quickly extinguished within 3 s after ignition.The cotton fabric-based piezoresistive pressure sensor displayed high sensitivity,wide pressure detection range,fast response and excellent repeatability,and the signals were not affected by artificial sweat.The sensor had been successfully applied for human motion detection.
