摘 要:为了提高工程领域金属铜表面疏水性及耐磨性,采用纳秒激光刻蚀技术和超疏水涂层相结合的方式制备超疏水铜表面,表征了铜表面的形貌、润湿性及耐磨性,并从结霜时间和霜层厚度两方面对表面抑霜性进行分析。结果表明,超疏水铜表面具有超疏水性(水接触角为156°,水滚动角为3.9°),在制冷温度-15℃、-10℃和-5℃下[环境温度(28±1)℃、相对湿度(78±2)%],具有良好的抑霜性;与普通铜表面相比,冷面温度越高,抑霜效果越明显,且抑霜效果是激光刻蚀与超疏水涂层共同作用导致。铜表面经过50个线性磨损周期后,依然保持超疏水性。In order to improve the hydrophobicity and abrasion resistance of metallic copper surfaces in the engineering field,superhydrophobic copper surfaces were prepared by a combination of nanosecond laser etching technology and superhydrophobic coatings,and the morphology,wettability,and abrasion resistance of the copper surfaces were characterized,and the frost suppression of the surfaces was analyzed in terms of both frost time and frost layer thickness.The results showed that the superhydrophobic copper surface had superhydrophobicity(water contact angle of 156°,water rolling angle of 3.9°),and had good frost suppression at cooling temperatures of-15℃,-10℃and-5℃(ambient temperature(28±1)℃,relative humidity(78±2)%);compared with the ordinary copper surfaces,the higher the temperature of the cold surface,the more obvious the effect of frost suppression,and the effect of frost suppression was the result of the combined effect of laser etching and superhydrophobic.The frost inhibition effect was a combination of laser etching and superhydrophobic coating.The superhydrophobicity was maintained after 50 linear wear cycles.
