摘 要:石墨烯电热涂料以其高电热转换效率及节能环保等特性,引发了广泛关注。文中综述了石墨烯电热涂料的制备技术,分析了导电性能和稳定性的关键影响因素,提出了优化石墨烯含量、复合填料设计、基料选择和提高分散性是提升石墨烯电热涂料性能的核心策略。结合其在家居采暖、工业温控等领域的应用前景,指出高温稳定性与综合性能优化仍是当前研究重点。Graphene-based electrothermal coatings have gained much attention recently because of their good electrothermal conversion efficiency property and characteristics of energy saving and environment protection.Through continuous efforts in the optimization of formulation and processing technology,significant progress of graphene-based electrothermal coatings has been achieved,which indicates potential applications in wide fields and greatly promotes the development of the electric heating field.In this review,we summarize the preparation of graphene-based electrothermal coatings and their application prospects,and also analyze the influential factors of their conductivity and operational stability.Furthermore,the remaining issues and future prospects in the field are briefly discussed.
