摘  要:西北地区是我国重要的可再生能源基地,考虑生态、土地等重要边界条件后,资源开发潜力巨大,是保障我国中长期能源战略目标实现的重点区域。立足于国家发展新形势,通过分析西北地区可再生能源高质量发展内涵,探索建立综合评估指标体系,提出新规划理念和思路,开展区域可再生能源规划研究,评估水平年发展效果,以期为科学选择区域可再生能源发展路径、助力国家战略实施提供参考。The Northwest China is an important renewable energy base in China.Considering the ecology,land and other important boundary conditions,the potential of renewable energy resource development is great,and it is the key region to ensure the realization of the medium and long-term energy strategic goals in our country.Based on the new situation of national development,and analyzing the connotation of high-quality development of renewable energy in Northwest China,a comprehensive evaluation index system is established.According to the index system,new planning concepts and ideas are presented,and regional renewable energy planning is researched.The implementation effect of the regional renewable energy planning in typical year is also evaluated.The study will provide references for the scientific selection of regional renewable energy development paths and assisting the implementation of national strategies.
