摘 要:云南省以风电、光伏为代表新能源高速发展,在保障电量供应的同时也造成系统调峰压力不断增大,未来电力、调峰缺口较大,亟需加快调节性电源建设。考虑云南省内各类调节性电源发展潜力,以同等满足电力系统需求为前提,提出以储能、火电等为主的云南省中长期电源优化配置方案,并基于电力系统生产模拟成果,考虑新增电站投资、运行费用及碳排放成本等,测算了不同方案对应的平准化度电成本。结果可知,考虑系统经济性、各类电源技术经济特点及适用性等,云南省中长期电源最优配置方案应以抽水蓄能为主,水电扩机、火电、新型储能等电源为辅。The rapid development of new energy represented by wind and solar power in Yunnan Province not only ensures the power supply,but also causes the pressure of system peak regulation to increase.In the future,Yunnan Province will have large-scale power and peak regulation gaps at the same time,so it is urgent to speed up the construction of regulatory power station.In this paper,combined with the development potential of various types of regulatory power stations in Yunnan Province,and in order to meet the power,peak regulation and electricity demand of the system equally,three kinds of power station scheme of thermal power,pumped storage and new energy storage are proposed.Based on the operation simulation results of power system,the levelized cost of energy of three schemes is calculated considering the investment,operation cost,power generation and system carbon emission cost.Considering the system economy,the technical and economic characteristics and applicability of various power stations,it is proposed that the optimal medium and long-term power supply configuration scheme in Yunnan Province should focus on pumped-storage stations,supplemented by hydropower station enlargement projects,thermal power stations and new energy storage stations.
