摘 要:为了构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,并实现碳达峰、碳中和的目标,在风光资源富集的西部地区加快发展抽水蓄能电站建设尤为关键。鉴于西部地区海拔较高,建设抽水蓄能电站时必须考虑海拔对机电设备选型的影响。通过分别统计额定水头和最小扬程300~750 m水头范围抽蓄机组的参数水平,评估了当前发电电动机绝缘、防晕设计水平、发电机电压开关外绝缘及短路电流耐受能力。在综合考虑水力机械参数匹配、水力模型开发、发电电动机防晕、绝缘和通风设计,以及配套电气设备选型的基础上,提出了适用于高海拔地区大型抽水蓄能电站的单机容量、额定转速及发电电动机额定电压的建议。In order to build a new power system with new energy as the main component,and achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,it is particularly critical to accelerate the development of pumped-storage power stations in the western region of China where the wind and solar energy resources are richer.In view of the high elevation in western China,the influence of elevation on the selection of mechanical and electrical equipments must be considered in the construction of pumped-storage power stations.By statistical analyzing the hydraulic parameters of pump-turbines with rated head or minimum lift range from 300-750 m,the current design level of generator-motor's insulation and anti-corona,and the external insulation and short-circuit current tolerance of generator-motor voltage switch are evaluated.Based on comprehensive consideration of hydraulic mechanical parameter matching,hydraulic model development,and generator-motor insulation,anti-corona and ventilation design,and the selection of auxiliary electrical equipments,the suggestions of rated capacity,rated speed,and rated voltage of generator-motor for large-scale pumped-storage stations in high altitude areas are put forward.
