摘 要:基于支路电解法压载水处理系统,通过优化压载水处理流程和设备构成,提出一种新型的压载水处理系统。该系统加入一个电解液储罐,船舶压载前,向储罐注入一定量海水,利用电解设备循环电解海水,获得高浓度的电解液并储存在储罐内,同时储罐也能实现系统除氢功能。压载时,通过加药泵将电解液注入压载主管路,实现压载水处理。新型压载水处理系统既能降低电解设备的选型,减小运行功率的峰值,又能提高系统运行的稳定性,同时兼顾淡水航线压载水处理,完全能够满足各类型船舶要求。This paper is based on the ballast water treatment system by branch electrolysis,a new ballast water treatment system is proposed by optimizing the ballast water treatment process and equipment composition.An electrolyte storage tank is added to the system.Before ballast,a certain amount of seawater is injected into the tank,and the seawater is circulated by electrolytic equipment to obtain a high concentration of electrolyte and stored in the tank.At the same time,the tank can also achieve the function of hydrogen removal in the system.During ballasting,the electrolyte is injected into the ballast main line through the dosing pump to achieve ballast water treatment.The new ballast water treatment system can not only reduce electrolytic equipment model,reduce the peak of operating power,but also improve the stability of the system operation,while taking into account the ballast water treatment of fresh water routes,can fully meet the requirements of various types of ships.
