摘  要:泵水封头是一种应用于潜艇总段液压试验的大型密封工装。随着潜艇设计深度的增加,总段液压试验的压力也不断增大,基于压力容器规范设计的常规平面加筋封头已不再适用。参考潜艇端部耐压舱壁设计方法,本文设计了适用于较大压力和较大直径的潜艇总段液压试验泵水封头结构,并对结构端部进行了适当优化。通过双重非线性有限元计算,分析了该结构在设计压力和极限承载时的响应,结果表明设计并优化后的封头满足潜艇总段液压试验要求,该封头结构形式及设计过程可对其他潜艇总段液压试验封头的设计提供借鉴意义。The pump water head is a kind of large sealing tool used in submarine hydraulic test.With the increase of submarine design depth,the pressure of block hydraulic test is also increasing gradually,traditional flat head with ribs designed based on pressure vessel standards is no longer applicable.With reference to the design method of submarine end pressure plane bulkhead,the head structure suitable for larger pressure and diameter block hydraulic test is designed,and the end of main beam is optimized appropriately.Through the double nonlinear finite element calculation,the structure response in the design pressure and ultimate load is analyzed.Results show that the head designed and optimized in this paper meet the requirements of the submarine block hydraulic test.The structure form and design process of the head can provide reference for other submarine block hydraulic test heads.
