摘 要:在船舶制造领域,H13模具钢广泛应用于制造复杂形状的船体部件和船用设备。针对H13模具钢切削中的刀具易磨损问题,采用有限元方法开展了模具钢切削机理的研究工作,通过研究分析刀具切削刃半径对H13模具钢切削过程的影响。研究过程主要通过正交切削数值模拟与铣削实验结合研究H13模具钢切削过程中刀尖圆弧半径对刀具磨损、表面粗糙度及切削力的影响规律,同时也通过数值模拟研究对锯齿状切屑形貌的影响。本文为H13模具钢材料刀具参数的合理选择及参数优化提供了理论依据和研究方法,研究结果对于改善模具材料切削质量和延长刀具寿命具有较强的现实意义。In the field of shipbuilding,H13 die steel is widely used in the manufacturing of complex hull components and marine equipment.In view of the problem of easy wear of cutting tools in the cutting of H13 die steel,the finite element method is applied to carry out the research work of the cutting mechanism of die steel.Through research and analysis,the influence of the cutting edge radius of the tool on the cutting process of H13 die steel is analyzed.The research process mainly studies the influence of the tool nose arc radius on tool wear,surface roughness and cutting force in the cutting process of H13 die steel through the combination of orthogonal cutting numerical simulation and milling experiments.At the same time,the influence on the sawtooth chip morphology is also studied through numerical simulation.This paper provides a theoretical basis and research method for the rational selection and optimization of tool parameters for H13 die steel materials.The research results are of great significance for improving the cutting quality of die materials and prolonging the life of cutting tools.
