摘　　要：乡村产业振兴是实现全面乡村振兴的基础和关键,数字经济是新时代推进乡村产业振兴的迫切需要和动力源泉。本文分析阐述了以设施赋能、数据赋能、技术赋能为主要方式的数字经济赋能乡村产业振兴的作用机理,具体体现为数字基础设施加速乡村产业规模聚集发展,数据要素助推乡村全产业链转型升级和数字技术催生乡村产业新业态新模式。进一步分析发现,当前中国乡村产业数字化发展中存在数字政策法规缺位、基础设施不完善、投入机制不健全、数字人才匮乏等问题。通过梳理典型国家发展实践,本文认为主要经验可以归纳为健全顶层设计、推进数字基础设施、强化数字技术支撑、加大数字人才支持等。基于此,提出了推进数字经济赋能中国乡村产业振兴的路径策略。The revitalization of rural industries is the key basis for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization,and the rapid development of the digital economy provides a strong potential driving force for the revitalization of rural industries.This paper analyzes the mechanisms by which the digital economy enables the revitalization of rural industries,including the development of digital infrastructure to accelerate the scale of rural industrial agglomeration,the use of data factors to promote the transformation and upgrading of the entire rural industrial chain,and the application of digital technology to foster new forms and models of rural industry.Further analysis reveals several challenges in the digital development of China’s rural industry,such as the relative absence of digital policies and regulations,imperfect infrastructure,significant funding gaps,and a shortage of digital talent.By examining typical national development practices,this paper suggests that the main experiences can be summarized as perfecting top-level design,promoting digital infrastructure,strengthening support for digital technology,and increasing support for digital talent.Based on these findings,the paper proposes a strategic pathway to leverage the digital economy to facilitate the revitalization of China’s rural industry.
