摘 要:本文采用数值模拟研究了重复爆炸载荷下双层蜂窝夹芯板的动态响应与能量吸收机理,分析了加载条件、前后面板厚度分布、芯层梯度对其变形模态和能量吸收的影响。单次、重复爆炸载荷下双层蜂窝夹芯板的变形模式以整体弯曲为主。芯层中心发生局部压缩,后面板变形区域由中心向边界扩展。第1次爆炸炸药质量为40 g,第2次爆炸炸药质量为20 g时夹芯板后面板中点挠度较小,芯层总吸能较高。前面板厚度0.4 mm,后面板厚度1.2 mm的夹芯板后面板中点挠度较大,总吸能最高;前面板厚度不变,后面板厚度越大,其后面板中点挠度越小,芯层总吸能越高,结构抗爆炸能力越强。3种梯度双层蜂窝夹芯板中,正梯度夹芯板后面板中点挠度最小,芯层总吸能较小;负梯度夹芯板后面板中点挠度较大,芯层总吸能较高。The dynamic response and energy absorption mechanisms of the double-layer honeycomb sandwich panel under repeated blast loading were investigated by numerical simulation.The effects of loading conditions,thickness distribution of the front and back face sheets,and core gradient on their deformation modes and energy absorption properties were analyzed.The deformation mode of a double-layer honeycomb sandwich panel under single/repeated blast loading is dominated by integral bending.The core is locally compressed at the center,and the deformation region of the back face sheet extends from the center to the boundary.When the mass of the first blast is 40 g and 20 g for the second blast,the mid-point deflection of the back face sheet is smaller for the sandwich panels and the total energy absorption of the double-layer core is higher.The mid-point deflection of the back face sheet for the sandwich panel with a front face sheet thickness of 0.4 mm and a back face sheet thickness of 1.2 mm is larger and the total energy absorption is the highest;Keeping the thickness of the front face sheet constant,the larger the thickness of the back face sheet,the smaller the mid-point deflection of the back face sheet,the higher the energy absorption of the double-layer core,and the higher the blast resistance of the structure.Among the three kinds of double-layer honeycomb sandwich panels,the mid-point deflection of the back face sheet of the double-layer honeycomb sandwich panel with the positive gradient is the smallest,and the total energy absorption of the core is smaller;The mid-point deflection of the back face sheet of the negative gradient sandwich panel is larger,and the total energy absorption of the core is higher.
