摘  要:本文通过调节免疫与抗疲劳实验评价多花黄精组方浸膏的药效作用。调节免疫实验中造模成功后,通过外周血血细胞分析、脏器指数计算以及对各脏器的病理学分析评价多花黄精组方的免疫调节作用。抗疲劳评价实验中通过菌群分析、小鼠强迫游泳实验、外周血血细胞分析、脏器指数计算及对各脏器的病理学分析探究多花黄精组方的抗疲劳药效。结果表明:多花黄精组方低剂量可显著改善模型小鼠的胸腺萎缩;给药组外周血白细胞与模型组相比有改善趋势且对胸腺组织损伤均具有改善作用。抗疲劳研究中多花黄精组方连续暴露,对小鼠体重有一定影响,但胸腺、脾、肝、肾指数与对照组相比无显著差异。此外,多花黄精组方可显著提高动物体力,增加小鼠肠道中优势菌群的丰度,维持肠道菌群稳态。以上结果表明,多花黄精组方体现出一定抗胸腺萎缩作用,且具有较好的抗疲劳效果。By regulating immunity and anti-fatigue experiments to evaluate the pharmacodynamic effects of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua formulation.After successful modeling in the regulation of immune evaluation experiment,through peripheral blood cell analysis,organ index calculation and pathological analysis of various organs to evaluate the immune regulation effect of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua formulation.In the anti-fatigue evaluation experiment,microbiota analysis,the mouse forced swim test,peripheral blood cell analysis,organ index calculation and pathological analysis of various organs were performed to evaluate the anti-fatigue effect of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua formulation.The results showed that the low-dose of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua formulation could significantly improve the thymic atrophy of the model mice;Compared with the model group, the results of peripheral bloodleukocyte detection in administration group showed an improvement trend and had an ameliorating effect on thymustissue damage. In the anti-fatigue experiment,the continuous exposure of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua formulation hada certain effect on the body weight of mice, but there was no significant difference in the organ index of thymus,spleen, liver and kidney compared with the control group.Moreover, the Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua formulationcould significantly improve the physical strength of animals and could increase the abundance of dominant microflora inthe intestinal tract of mice and maintain intestinal microbiota homeostasis. The results above demonstrated thatPolygonatum cyrtonema Hua formulation showed a certain anti-thymic atrophy effect and had a good anti-fatigue effect.
