摘 要:为评价某跨径布置为(83+180+105)m、箱梁顶宽为18.49 m的连续刚构桥在设计使用荷载下的实际工作性能,检验成桥质量并给运营养护提供技术依据,本文对其开展了现场荷载试验。试验设置了12种静载和6种动载加载工况,结合有限元分析结果对代表性试验结果进行分析。结果表明。该桥主梁控制截面的应变校验系数、相对残余应变、挠度校验系数、相对残余挠度和桥墩顶部的位移校验系数、相对残余位移均满足设计使用要求;主梁纵向应变符合平截面假定,在大边跨的抗扭转、抗畸变能力相对较弱,偏载效应不明显;实测振型与理论振型吻合良好,自振频率实测值大于理论值,阻尼比正常,桥跨结构对正常行驶车辆的冲击响应满足设计要求,桥面平顺性不佳时行驶车辆对桥跨结构的冲击效应显著增大;该桥成桥状态正常,实际承载性能满足设计使用要求,日常养护应注意保持桥面平顺性。In order to evaluate the actual working performance of a continuous rigid frame bridge with span arrangement of(83+180+105)m and box girder top width of 18.49 m under designed service load,test the bridge construction quality and provide technical basis for operation and maintenance,field load tests were carried out on the bridge.Twelve static and six dynamic loading conditions were designed for the experiment,and representative test results were analyzed based on finite element analysis.The results show that the bridge girder control section strain calibration coefficient,relative residual strain,deflection calibration coefficient,relative residual deflection,pier top displacement calibration coefficient,relative residual displacement all meet the design and use requirements;The longitudinal strain of the main beam conforms to the assumption of the plane section,and the anti-torsion and antidistortion capabilities of the large side span are relatively weak,and the eccentric load effect is not obvious;The measured vibration mode is in good agreement with the theoretical mode,the measured value of natural frequency is greater than the theoretical value,and the damping ratio is normal;The impact response of the bridge span structure to normal driving vehicles meets the design requirements,when the smoothness of the bridge deck is poor,the impact effect of driving vehicles on the bridge span structure significantly increases;The bridge is in normal condition and its actual bearing capacity meets the design requirements,daily maintenance should pay attention to maintaining the smoothness of the bridge deck.
