摘 要:为了解决原钢轨打磨车数据传输系统在应用过程中偶发控制指令传输异常问题,全面梳理原系统软硬件设计原理。通过分析现场多辆车、多次作业的记录仪数据,采用实验室模拟故障的方法,定位问题根源,提出增加硬件中断控制功能、优化双口RAM数据握手协议和CAN总线数据收发协议的改进方案。经过实验室测试及现场装车应用,充分验证了改进方案的可行性,大大提升了原数据传输系统的稳定性。In order to solve the occasional control instruction transmission anomaly problem in the data transmission system of the existing rail grinder during application,the design principles of the existing system′s hardware and soft⁃ware were comprehensively sorted.By analyzing the data recorded by the recorders on multiple vehicles and during multiple operations,and using the method of simulating faults in the laboratory to locate the root cause of the problem,the optimization plan were proposed,in which adding hardware interrupt control,optimizing the dual⁃port RAM data handshaking protocol,and optimizing the CAN bus data transmission and receiving protocol and other funtions are in⁃cluded.After being tested in the laboratory,and field installed on the vehicle and application,the feasibility of the above plan is fully verified,which can greatly improve the stability of the existing data transmission system.
