摘  要:随着大跨结构的跨度不断提升,材料强度接近或超过2000MPa的超高强钢丝的应用日益增多,有关其蠕变性能的研究仍十分有限。文章对直径5mm的1960级高强钢丝开展30个持时4h的高温蠕变试验工况。以插拔高温引伸计的方式测得在200~600℃、0.06~0.95应力比下的全过程蠕变应变曲线,蠕变应变最大测试值为50.67%。对比公称抗拉强度在1670~1960MPa的5种高强钢丝(钢绞线)的高温蠕变曲线,表明不同等级高强钢丝高温蠕变特性差异明显。给出1960级钢丝稳态蠕变速率与高温蠕变断裂临界应力比,其中350~450℃时,蠕变断裂临界应力比随温度升高下降速度急剧加快,需特别注意450℃时已下降至0.25;此外,基于Filed&Filed模型建立了1960级钢丝高温蠕变预测模型,提出蠕变模型的终止时间表达式,由此较为保守地预测1960级钢丝的高温蠕变发展,与试验结果吻合良好。With the increasing spacing of large-span structures,the application of ultra-high strength steel wire with a strength approaching or exceeding 2000MPa is expanding rapidly.However,the related research on the creep behavior is still limited.In this paper,a total of 30 high-temperature creep tests,lasting 4 hours,were conducted on1960-grade high-strength steel wire(1960-HSSW)with a diameter of 5.0 mm.The whole process creep strain curves,covering temperatures ranging from 200 to 600℃and stressratiosranging from 0.06 to 0.95,were obtained by inserting and resetting the high-temperature extensometer.The maximum measured creep strain was 50.67%.The creep curves of five types of high-strength steel wires(steel strands)with a nominal tensile strength ranging from 1670 to 1960 MPa were compared.The results revealed the significant variations in creep behavior among different grades of high-strength steel wires.The steady-state creep rate and high-temperature creep rupture critical stress ratio of the 1960-HSSW were given.The critical stress ratio of creep rupture decreases rapidly with the temperature in the range of 350~450℃.It isimportant to notethat at 450℃,theratio hasdecreased to 0.25.Additionally,a high-temperature creep prediction model was established for the 1960-HSSW based on the Filed&Filed model.Moreover,the expression for the termination time of the creep model at different temperatures was proposed.The prediction results of the high-temperature creep for the 1960-HSSW showed good agreement with the experimental ones,showing the effectiveness of the proposed formula.
