摘  要:为系统地研究淤泥初始含水率对固化土强度的影响,并探究不同初始含水率淤泥的加固效果,文章在室内采用普通固化和压实固化2种试验方法对淤泥进行加固,并以现场施工项目为依托,检验室内结果的可靠性。室内试验结果表明,对于初始含水率较高的淤泥,固化土主要靠固化剂水化产物的胶结作用使土体产生强度,当淤泥初始含水率为40%~45%时,固化土强度最高。对于含水率较低的淤泥,固化土的强度由含水率和压实度2个变量控制,当淤泥的初始含水率大于39%时,土体难以压密,压实与否对固化土强度的影响并不大;当淤泥初始含水率低于29%时,增加固化淤泥土的压实度对土体强度有较明显的提升作用;初始含水率为20%的淤泥经固化后强度最高,在养护28d后可达4289kPa。现场试验结果表明,初始含水率为42%~44%的淤泥固化效果较好,与室内试验结果吻合。In order to systematically study the influence of initial moisture content of sludge on the strength of solidified soil,and explore the reinforcement effect of sludge with different initial moisture content,two test methods of ordinary solidification and compactness solidification were used to strengthen the sludge in the laboratory,and the reliability of the laboratory results was tested based on the field construction project.The laboratory results show that for the sludge with high initial moisture content,the main strength of solidified soil are from cementation of hydration products of solidified agent.When the initial moisture content of the sludge is 40%~45%,the solidified soil has the maximum strength.For sludge with low moisture content,the strength of solidified soil is controlled by the moisture content and compactness.When the initial moisture content of sludge is more than 39%,the soil is difficult to be compacted,and compacting has little influence on the strength of solidified soil.When the initial moisture content of the sludge is less than 29%,increasing the compactness of solidified sludge soil has a significant effect on the strength of the soil.The sludge with initial moisture content of 20%has the maximum strength after solidification,which can reach 4289 kPa after curing 28 days.The field test results show that the sludge with initial moisture content of 42%~44%has a better solidification effect,which is consistent with the laboratory test results.
