摘 要:文章在总结传统高压旋喷法和粉体搅拌法实践经验和优缺点的基础上,创造性地将2种工法结合,提出了粉-水高压喷射技术,以充分发挥高压旋喷法的高压水切割拌和和粉体搅拌法的干法输送技术优势。通过工作机理分析、设备研制和现场成桩试验,对粉-水高压喷射技术的可行性、主要影响因素和实施效果进行研究。研究结果表明:粉-水高压喷射技术能够有效弥补传统高压旋喷法和粉体搅拌法的不足,在提高水泥土加固体强度、减少地面泥浆污染和水泥浪费、提高地层适应性方面表现突出;同一地层下,钻具提升速度和喷射方式是影响成桩直径的关键参数,而水泥掺入比和似水灰比是影响桩身强度的关键参数;可通过智能施工设备实时、动态调整钻具提升速度和粉喷量,提高粉-水高压喷射技术的地层适应性和加固效果。By leveraging the practical experiences gained from the high-pressure jet grouting method and the dry jet mixing method,a Dry-Wet high-pressure Jet(DWJ)method,which creatively integrates technological advantages of the high-pressure water cutting and mixing technology of high-pressure jet grouting with the dry powder transmission technology of dry jet mixing,is developed.Based on working mechanisms analysis,equipment development and field tests,the feasibility,influential factors and implementation effect of the DWJ method are studied.The results show that the DWJ method can effectively remedy the deficiencies of traditional high-pressure jet grouting method and dry jet mixing method,and particularly in the aspects of enhancing strength of cemented soil,reducing slurry pollution and cement waste,and improving adaptability of soil stratum,the new method appears to be appealing.For the same stratum,lifting speed of drlling rig and spraying mode are the key parameters affecting the diameter of pile shaft,while the cement content and quasi-cement-water ratio are the key parameters affecting the strength of pile shaft.The adaptability of stratum and strengthening effect of the DWJ method can be further improved by dynamically and real-timely adjusting the lifing speed of drilling rig and spraying amount of powder using intelligent construction equipment.
