摘　　要：目的总结转移皮瓣在耳周皮肤缺损修复中的应用效果。方法收集2019年8月至2023年1月在南京医科大学附属泰州人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的19例因耳周皮肤恶性肿瘤术后皮肤缺损采用转移皮瓣进行修复的患者。其中男性10例,女性9例;年龄52~98岁,均值76.6±11岁;肿瘤位于耳前区11例、耳上区3例、耳下区3例及耳后区2例,肿瘤大小约1.0×1.0 cm~3.5×4.5 cm;皮肤缺损均采用转移皮瓣修复:单转移皮瓣7例,双转移皮瓣12例,皮瓣大小约1.5×1.5 cm~4.5×5.5 cm。结果随访10~36月,无肿瘤复发,所有修复皮瓣均成活,无并发症,术后瘢痕不明显。结论转移皮瓣方法简单、愈合良好,术后无明显瘢痕及耳廓畸形,是一种较为理想的修复耳周皮肤缺损的方法。Objective To report outcomes of transfer flaps in the repair of skin defects around the auricle.Methods Data of 19 patients(10 males and 9 females;Age:76.6±11 years[52~98 years])treated for postoperative skin defects after resection of malignant skin tumors around the auricle at the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery,Taizhou People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from August 2019 to January 2023 were collected.Tumors were 1.0×1.0 cm to 3.5×4.5 cm in size,and located in the preauricular region in 11 cases,in the supraauricular region in 3 cases,in the subauricular region in 3 cases and in the retroauricular region in 2 cases.Skin defects were repaired by single transfer flaps in 7 cases and by double transfer flaps in 12 cases,with flap size range from 1.5×1.5 cm to 4.5×5.5 cm.Results After the follow-up(10~36 months),all repair flaps survived,with no tumor recurrence,complications or disfiguring scars.Conclusion Transfer flaps are a simple repair for skin defects after periauricular tumors resection,with good healing and minimal scars and auricle deformity,and worth clinical adoption.
