摘　　要：颈静脉球解剖变异临床上较为常见,主要包括颈静脉球高位、颈静脉球壁裂隙和颈静脉球憩室等。近年来,随着影像学技术的发展,对颈静脉球解剖变异的研究逐渐深入。如有多种基于临床需求的颈静脉球高位影像学诊断标准或分类提出,但迄今为止,这些标准尚未形成共识。另一方面,临床上亦在深入探讨颈静脉球解剖变异与常见耳部症状或疾病(如耳鸣、耳源性眩晕及听力下降)的关系。因此,深化对颈静脉球解剖变异的认识,将有助于深入理解解剖因素在常见耳部疾病(或症状)中的作用和潜在的机制。Clinically,anatomical variations of the jugular bulb are common,mainly including high jugular bulb(HJB),jugular bulb wall dehiscence(JBWD)and jugular bulb diverticulum(JBD),etc.In recent years,with continuous improvement of imaging technology,research on jugular bulb variations has increasingly deepened.Although several imaging criteria or classifications based on clinical needs have been proposed,there lack widely accepted consences.On the other hand,clinical relationships between jugular bulb variations and common ear symptoms and disorders(e.g.,tinnitus,otogenic vertigo and hearing loss)remain to be understood.Therefore,further understanding of jugular bulb variations will help discern the role of anatomical factors in common ear disorders(or symptoms).
