摘 要:木榄是一种具有较高经济价值的药用红树植物,对沿海地区的生态也有良好的保护作用。本研究利用紫外光谱和荧光光谱法对2种重金属离子Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)与海南木榄叶DNA的相互作用进行了研究。结果表明,Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)的存在对木榄叶DNA的结构有一定影响,且均以沟槽结合的模式与木榄叶DNA相互作用;热力学参数表明Pb^(2+)与木榄叶DNA可自发反应,氢键和范德华力为主要的相互作用力,而Cd^(2+)与DNA为非自发反应,其相互作用力以疏水作用力为主。该研究可为从分子层面深入了解红树植物耐重金属离子的作用机制提供理论支持。Bruguiear gymnorrhiza is one kind of medicinal mangrove plants with higher commercial value,which also has good protective effect on the ecology of the coastal area.In this study,the interaction of two kinds of heavy metals including Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+)with the DNA extracted from the leafs of Hainan Bruguiear gymnorrhiza were investigated by using UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopes.The results indicated that the presence of Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+)had a certain influence on the structure of DNA and the interaction could occur in a groove-binding mode.The thermodynamic parameters showed that it is a sponta⁃neous reaction between Pb^(2+)and DNA with hydrogen bond and Vander Waals force as the main interaction forces.Howev⁃er,Cd^(2+)unspontaneously interacted with DNA and hydrophobic force played a main role in the binding process.This re⁃search can provide some theoretical support for further understanding the mechanism of mangrove plants'tolerance of heavy metal ions.
