数智化服务对生态旅游产业发展的驱动力分析——以海南为例

摘　　要：数智化服务是构建现代经济体系的重要内容及主要目标,是当前生态旅游产业经营效率得以提升的重要创新模式。选取2011—2023年海南生态旅游企业作为分析样本进行实证研究,发现:(1)数智化服务显著提升生态旅游运作效率和供需对接效率;(2)数智化服务驱动的效率提升具有显著普适性。建议后续锚定高质量发展目标,以数智化技术创新为直接驱动力促进生态旅游产业结构调整与产业链升级;通过实施积极的投融资政策与财税政策,为生态旅游产业数智化技术投资提供资金支持;实施积极的区域产业创新政策,从整体利益优化高度推动生态旅游产业区域协同发展;实施积极的人才政策,持续构筑生态旅游企业人力资本高地。Digitized service is an important part and a main goal of building a modern economic system,and also an impor⁃tant innovative model for improving the operational efficiency of the current ecotourism industry.By selecting Hainan eco⁃tourism enterprises from 2011 to 2023 as the analysis samples for empirical research,it was found that:(1)digital services significantly improve the operational efficiency and supply-demand coordination efficiency of ecotourism;(2)the efficiency improvement driven by digital services has significant universality.It was suggested to anchor high-quality development goals in the future and use digital technology innovation as a direct driving force to promote the adjustment of the ecological tourism industry structure and the upgrading of the industrial chain.By implementing proactive investment and financing policies as well as fiscal and tax policies,the financial support for digital technology investment in the ecotourism industry can be provided.Implementing proactive regional industrial innovation policies can promote the coordinated development of the ecological tourism industry from the perspective of overall interest optimization.A highland of human capital for eco⁃tourism enterprises can be built by performing proactive talent policies continuously.
