摘 要:经典的三电平逆变器存在电容电压不平衡、结构复杂等问题。而且从三电平提高到五电平或七电平,电路所需器件会急剧上升。通过H桥级联型多电平逆变器(MLI)则需要多个独立电源并带来开关器件电压应力大的问题。针对当前的问题和限制,此处提出了一种基于飞跨电容(FC)的九电平逆变器(9L-MLI),该拓扑仅需10个开关管、3个电容,即可实现九电平电压输出,同时在不添加辅助控制的前提下利用冗余工作模态和周期交错调制结合实现飞跨电容自平衡。并且拓扑输出端皆采用半桥结构控制极性翻转,有效地降低端侧开关管的电压应力。逆变器采用载波叠层脉冲宽度调制(PD-PWM)方法。最后,通过实验样机对所提出的9L-MLI的性能进行评估,验证了该拓扑的可行性。The conventional three-level inverter suffers from capacitor voltage imbalance and complex structure.Moreover,when the output level is increased from three to five or seven levels,the required devices of the circuit will rise sharply.Multilevel inverter(MLI)by H-bridge cascade type requires multiple independent DC sources and brings the problem of high voltage stress on switching devices.Aiming at the current problems and limitations,a nine-level inverter(9L-MLI)is proposed based on flying capacitor(FC),which requires only 10 switches and three capacitors to realize nine-level voltage output,and also utilizes the combination of redundant operating modes and period-interleaved modulation to realize flying capacitor self-balancing without adding auxiliary control.Moreover,the topological outputs all adopt half-bridge structure to control the polarity flip-flop,which effectively reduces the voltage stress on the end-side switches.The phase-disposition pulse width modulation(PD-PWM)method is used for the inverter.Finally,the performance of the proposed 9L-MLI is evaluated by an experimental prototype to verify the feasibility of the topology.
