摘 要:此处提出一种星接静止无功发生器(SVG)装置治理负载不平衡的技术方案及电流指令计算方法,并对该星接SVG装置电流指令值获取方式进行了理论推导。通过理论分析、系统设计、控制算法设计和仿真测试验证等方式确认该技术方案的正确性和可行性。最终使用所提“一种星接SVG装置治理负载不平衡的技术方案”设计了一套星接SVG装置,对某电弧炉负载现场负载不平衡和功率因数严重偏低等电能质量问题进行有效治理,实现电力用户接入点三相电流平衡和高功率因数输入,各电能质量技术指标均满足电力系统相关标准要求。A technical solution is proposed to compensate load imbalance based on star connected static var generator(SVG)device and the current command calculation method is given out,and the theoretical derivation of the current command value acquisition method for the star connected SVG device is carried out.The correctness and feasibility of this technical scheme are confirmed through theoretical analysis,system design,control algorithm design,and simulate testing verification.Finally,a set of star connected SVG device is designed and put into operation with the proposed“a technical scheme for load imbalance compensation based on star connected SVG devices”to effectively compensate an electric arc furnace load with severe load imbalance and low power factor problems.And three-phase current balance and high power factor input at access point of the user's power system are achieved,and all the power quality technical index meet the relevant standards of the power system.
