摘　　要：机车车辆辅助变流器为辅助电路提供电能,其IGBT高频开关方式产生了大量的电磁噪声,干扰周围电子、电气设备或系统,对列车运行带来了很大的安全隐患。基于线路阻抗稳定网络(LISN)的测量方法多适用于中小功率电气设备,大功率电气设备如果采用该方法,测试设备将非常昂贵。从传导骚扰测试的实质出发,设计了一种基于高阻抗电压探头的传导骚扰测试方法。首先介绍了电压探头的特性和工作原理,然后论述了测量结果的修正方法,最后通过对大功率辅助变流器进行传导骚扰测试,证明了该方法的有效性。The rolling stock auxiliary converter provides electric energy for the auxiliary circuit.Its IGBT high-frequency switching method generates a large amount of electromagnetic noise,which interferes with surrounding electronic and electrical equipment or systems,posing great safety risks to train operation.The measurement method based on line impedance stabilization network(LISN)is mostly suitable for small and medium-power electrical equipment.If this method is used for high-power electrical equipment,the test equipment will be very expensive.Starting from the essence of conducted disturbance testing,a conducted disturbance testing method based on high impedance voltage probe is designed.Firstly,the characteristics and working principle of the voltage probe are introduced,and then the correction method of the measurement results is discussed.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is proved by conducting a conduction disturbance test on the high-power rolling stock auxiliary converter.
