摘 要:在新能源汽车的电驱系统中,通常使用开关电源模块作为逆变单元的低压电路,这是电驱系统电磁干扰(EMI)的重要来源之一。为仿真预测低压电路的传导EMI特性,针对某电驱系统逆变单元的低压电路进行了传导EMI建模研究。通过建立MOSFET和二极管等有源器件模型、电容电感和变压器等无源器件的高频电路模型及PCB走线的寄生参数,最终建立了低压电路系统级传导EMI仿真电路模型。仿真与测试结果对比表明所建立的传导干扰模型可以准确预测低压电路的传导干扰发射特性。In the electric drive system of new energy vehicles,switching power supply modules are usually used as the low-voltage circuit of the inverter unit,which is one of the important sources of electromagnetic interference(EMI)in the electric drive system.In order to simulate and predict the conducted EMI characteristics of low-voltage circuits,a conducted EMI model for a low-voltage circuit in the inverter unit of an electric drive system is investigated.By establishing active device models such as MOSFETs and diodes,high-frequency circuit models of passive devices such as capacitors,inductors,transformers,and parasitic parameters of PCB traces,a low-voltage circuit system-level conducted EMI simulation circuit model is finally established.Comparisons of simulation and test results show that the established conducted EMI model can accurately predict the conducted interference emission characteristics of low-voltagecircuits.
