摘  要:磁芯损耗的精确计算是变压器优化设计中的核心环节。在变压器磁芯损耗计算中,广义斯坦梅茨改进公式(IGSE)在非正弦激励下具有较高的计算精度,被广泛应用于高频变压器磁芯损耗计算。然而,对于兆瓦级中频变压器,其磁芯尺寸明显大于小容量的高频变压器,因此其磁芯横截面上的磁密度分布严重不均匀,导致通过IGSE方法计算的磁芯损耗误差显著增加。为此,分析了中频大尺寸硅钢片磁芯的磁密度分布不均匀现象,并通过磁芯分层和损耗积分方法对传统IGSE算法进行了改进。最后,基于一台1.5 MVA中频变压器样机开展测试,并将实验结果与仿真和理论分析结果进行了对比,验证了改进IGSE算法的有效性和准确性。Accurate calculation of core loss is the key stage of the transformer optimal design.For the calculation of core loss of the transformer,the improved generalized Steinmetz equation(ICSE)has high calculation accuracy under non-sinusoidal excitation,which is widely used for core loss calculation of high frequency transformers.However,for the megawatt medium frequency transformers,the core size is significantly larger than that of small capacity high frequency one,thus the magnetic density distribution on the core cross section is severely uneven,leading to a significant increase in the core loss error calculation by IGSE.Therefore,the uneven magnetic density distribution of the medium frequency large size silicon steel core is analyzed.The traditional IGSE algorithm is modified by core stratification and loss integration methods.Finally,based on a 1.5 MVA medium frequency transformer prototype,testing is conducted,and the experimental results are compared with the simulation and theoretical analysis results to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the modified IGSE algorithm.
