摘 要:在推进能源的绿色低碳转型实现碳达峰碳中和目标的宏观背景下,电压频繁越限问题尤为突出。为此研发了统一电能质量调节器(UPQC),实现台区电压偏差、电压谐波、三相不平衡、电压波动综合治理。此处首先通过数模混合实时仿真研究优化统一电能质量调节装置的拓扑结构及主电路参数,其次搭建控制系统研究瞬时无功功率及Park变换的电压和电流扰动指令信号检测方法,提出改进检测结果的新型算法。最后搭建适应高比例分布式能源接入的UPQC的Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,实现台区电能质量的综合治理,从根本上解决高渗透率光伏接入供电台区的高效利用问题。Under the macro background of promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of energy to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the problem of frequent voltage exceeding the limit is particularly prominent.Thus the unified power quality controller(UPQC)is developed to achieve the comprehensive control of voltage deviation,voltage harmonics,three-phase imbalance and voltage fluctuations in the station area.Firstly,the topological structure and main circuit parameters of the unified power quality regulation device are studied and optimized through digital analog hybrid real-time simulation.Secondly,a control system is established to study the detection method of instantaneous reactive power and the voltage and current disturbance instruction signal of Park transform,and a new algorithm is proposed to improve the detection results.Finally,a Matlab/Simulink simulation platform adapted to a UPQC with a high proportion of distributed energy resource access is built to achieve comprehensive power quality management in the station area,and fundamentally solve the problem of efficient utilization of high-permeability photovoltaic access to the power supply station area.
