摘　　要：在微型逆变器系统中,升压DC/DC变换器作为逆变器的前级输入,将较低的直流侧电压转换为能够满足逆变器输入范围的高压直流。此处提出一种基于Sepic结构的隔离型软开关DC/DC变换器。所提变换器使用电流源型输入结构,结合有源箝位软开关、变压器内嵌式设计和倍压整流结构,避免了高匝比变压器和极限占空比,实现了高增益、高效率、低输入电流纹波和低电压电流应力。详细分析了所提变换器的工作模态、稳态推导、参数计算选型和软开关条件,并在实验室搭建了一台额定200 W的样机验证可行性。In a micro-inverter system,a boost DC/DC converter is used as a pre-input of the inverter to convert the lower DC side voltage to a high voltage DC that can satisfy the input range of the inverter.An isolated soft switch DC/DC converter based on Sepic structure is proposed.The proposed converter employs the current source input structure and combines active clamped soft switches,transformer embedded design,and voltage doubling rectifier structure to avoid the high turns ratio transformer and extreme duty cycle,and to achieve the high gain,high efficiency,low input current ripple,and low voltage current stress.The operating modes,steady state derivation,parameter calculation selection and soft switch conditions of the proposed converter are analyzed in detail,and a prototype rated at 200 W is built in the laboratory to verify the feasibility.
