摘 要:为了改善串联锂离子电池组内部不一致性,提高电池组的可靠性,主动均衡技术非常重要。为解决单层准谐振均衡电路均衡速度慢、多层准谐振均衡电路体积大的问题,提出了一种基于谐振变换器的链式结构自动电池均衡电路。该电路通过在首末节电池之间建立谐振回路,形成链式结构,使其均衡速度比单层准谐振电路更快,且电路体积比多层准谐振电路更小,实现了在均衡速度和电路体积之间的平衡考虑。同时,该电路通过引入谐振模态,实现了开关的零电流导通与关断。最后,该电路在实验平台上进行验证,通过340min的均衡,将电池组内的最大电压差从110mV缩小至20mV。实验结果表明,该电路不仅可以实现软开关,还可以有效提高串联电池组的一致性。To improve the reliability of series lithium-ion battery packs and address the issue of internal inconsistency,active balancing technology is crucial.To solve the problems of slow balancing speed of single-layer quasi-resonant balancing circuits and large volume of multi-layer quasi-resonant balancing circuits,a chain structure automatic cell balancing circuit based on resonant converters is proposed.By establishing a resonant circuit between the first and last cells to form the chain structure,the circuit achieves faster balancing speed than a single-layer quasi-resonant circuit and smaller volume than a multi-layer quasi-resonant circuit,striking a balance between balancing speed and circuit volume.Meanwhile,by introducing resonant modes,the circuit also features zero current turn-on and turn-off of the switch.Finally,the circuit is validated on an experimental platform,the maximum voltage difference within the battery packs is reduced from 110 mV to 20 mV through 340 minutes of balancing.The experimental results show that the circuit can not only achieve soft switching,but also effectively improve the consistency of series battery packs.
