2013—2022年宁海县医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁海县医疗机构消毒灭菌状况,为改进和提高医疗机构消毒管理工作提供依据。方法通过现场采样和实验室检测方法,对宁海县2013—2022年宁海县医疗机构消毒效果进行监测,对监测数据进行整理分析。结果2013—2022年期间共监测医疗机构197家次,采集9类样品共4 961份,合格率为90.63%,不同年份间医院消毒合格率呈现上升趋势(χ^(2)趋势=29.218,P<0.05)。透析液合格率为100%,牙科用水和医务人员手合格率偏低,分别为74.36%和79.44%。县级医院的总体合格率高于一般卫生院和中心卫生院(χ^(2)=28.478,P<0.05),主要体现在医务人员手、牙科用水和室内空气合格率较高,其余项目合格率差异无统计学意义。结论宁海县医疗机构消毒工作逐年改善,乡镇卫生院与县级医院相比在医务人员手、牙科用水、室内空气项目上消毒工作有待加强。Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization status of medical institutions in Ninghai County,and to provide evidence for improving the disinfection management of medical institutions.Methods The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Ninghai County was monitored and analyzed by field sampling and laboratory detection.Results A total of 4961 samples of 9 categories were collected from 197 medical institutions during 2013—2022,with a qualified rate of 90.63%.The qualified rate of hospital disinfection showed an increasing trend in different years(χ^(2)trend=63.442,P<0.05).The pass rate of dialysate was 100%,the pass rate of dental water and medical personnel was low,74.36% and 79.44% respectively.The overall pass rate of county-level hospitals was higher than that of general health centers and central health centers(χ^(2)trend=63.442,P<0.05).It was mainly reflected in the high pass rate of medical staff's hand,dental water and indoor air,but there were no statistically significant difference in the pass rate of other items.Conclusion The disinfection work of medical institutions in Ninghai County has been improved year by year.Compared with county-level hospitals,the disinfection work of medical staff's hands,dental water and indoor air in township hospitals need to be strengthened.
