摘　　要：目的 了解深圳市龙岗区各类医疗机构消毒质量监测情况,掌握院感消毒工作的薄弱环节。方法 参考《医院消毒卫生标准》连续3年对辖区医疗机构开展消毒质量监测并进行数据分析。结果 2020—2022年共采集样品7 128份,年度合格率分别为96.18%、95.28%和91.48%;不同机构间,社康中心、公立三级医院合格率最高分别为96.56%和95.49%,其次为民营医院94.78%,公立二级医院和诊所合格率最低且3年间呈下降趋势;各监测项目中,手卫生合格率为88.70%,其中医生手卫生合格率显著低于护士;口腔治疗用水合格率最低(61.54%),且公立二级医院合格率显著低于公立三级医院和民营医院;不同季节夏季物体表面、空气合格率显著低于非夏季。结论 深圳市龙岗区医疗机构消毒质量合格率总体较高,但有下降趋势,应重点关注手、口腔治疗用水的消毒质量及夏季消毒质量。Objective To evaluate the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Longgang,Shenzhen.Methods The disinfection quality monitoring and data analysis were carried out according to the hygienic Standard of Hospital disinfection for three consecutive years.Results A total of 7 128 samples were collected from 2020 to 2022,and the annual qualified rates were 96.18%,95.28% and 91.48%.Among different institutions,the highest pass rate of social health centers and public tertiary hospitals were 96.56% and 95.49%,followed by private hospitals 94.78%,and the lowest pass rate of public secondary hospitals and clinics showed a decreasing trend in three years.Among the monitoring items,the pass rate of hand swab was 88.70%,among which the pass rate of doctor's hand swab was significant.The minimum qualified rate of oral water was 61.54%,and the qualified rate of public secondary hospitals was significantly lower than that of public tertiary hospitals and private hospitals.The analysis of the influence of different seasons on the pass rate found that the pass rate of surface swab and air items in summer was significantly lower than that in non-summer.Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Longgang district of Shenzhen is generally high,but there is a downward trend in recent years.In addition,attention should be paid to the disinfection quality of hand swabs and oral water,as well as the implementation and disinfection quality of medical institutions in summer.
