摘  要:深圳湾超级总部基地某地标性工程,建筑群之间裙房连体内中庭区域一大跨度重型钢框架梁因设计变更原因,造成在深化设计阶段未考虑施工工况进行分段拼接,整体吊装超出现场重型塔式起重机设计荷载无法安装就位的情况。项目通过多种方案的比选,选用高空原位散拼的方法,制订科学的施工方案,采用多种焊接防变形措施和对临时支撑措施进行有限元安全验算,为此工程裙房结构顺利完成安装,有效缩短工期,控制危险源做出了积极贡献。In a landmark project of Shenzhen Bay Super headquarters base,a large-span heavy steel frame beam in the atrium area of the podium conjoined between the buildings caused by design changes,which did not consider the construction conditions in the deepening design stage,and the overall lifting exceeded the design load of the heavy tower crane on site and could not be installed in place.Through the comparison and selection of a variety of schemes,the project selected the method of high-altitude in-situ disassembly,formulated a scientific construction scheme,adopted a variety of welding anti-deformation measures and carried out finite element safety check calculation of temporary support measures,which played a positive role in the smooth completion of the installation of the engineering platform structure,effectively shortened the construction period and controlled the hazard sources.
