摘　　要：研究针对风管法兰处相关要求采用玻璃棉板防火或保温为例,介绍了法兰位置使用门型附加装置按一定间距分布法兰四边,通过门型附加装置上的焊接钉固定玻璃棉板,解决法兰处空隙使粘贴面断缝,造成粘贴不牢固,易脱落的现象,还解决了传统施工方法使施工进度受限,工效低的情况。研究重点阐述了单个门型附加装置的制作方法及步骤,明确环四边法兰设置单个门型附加装置的方法,结果表明整体附加装置固定玻璃棉板的施工方法,分析其经济效益和社会效益,其可为同类工程提供指导。Taking the use of glass wool board for fire prevention or insulation at the flange of the air duct as an example,this study introduces the use of door type additional devices to distribute the four sides of the flange at a certain distance.The glass wool board is fixed by welding nails on the door type additional device to solve the problem of gaps at the flange,causing the adhesive surface to break and resulting in weak adhesion and easy detachment.It also solves the problem of limited construction progress and low efficiency caused by traditional construction methods.The research focuses on the production method and steps of a single door type additional device,clarifying the method of setting a single door type additional device on the flange of the four sides of the ring.The results show that the construction method of fixing the glass wool board with the overall additional device,analyzing its economic and social benefits,can provide guidance for similar projects.
