摘  要:医用电子直线加速器产出的辐射可能对附近环境产生负面作用,并可能损害人体健康。为降低辐射对人体及环境的影响,绝大部分项目通常通过增加直线加速器的方式提高对射线的屏蔽能力。某医院的二期建设中,医疗直线加速器设施利用了钢筋架构支撑、墙体内嵌梯形筋、分段式止水螺丝,呈“Z”字形的导向墙施工接缝以及混凝土中设有的冷却水循环管道,并且采纳了专业防辐射处理措施并使用了防辐射性的硫酸钡材料。在这一系列措施共同作用下,不仅提升了钢筋支架与支模系统的整体稳固性,而且提升了混凝土建设的工程品质,并有效将辐射量控制在了无害的水准。The radiation produced by medical linear accelerators may have negative effects on the surrounding environment and may harm human health.To reduce the impact of radiation on human health and the environment,the vast majority of projects usually improve the shielding ability against radiation by increasing the width of the concrete wall and the thickness of the concrete roof of the linear accelerator.In the second phase construction of a hospital,the medical linear accelerator facility utilizes steel reinforcement structure support,embedded trapezoidal bars in the walls,segmented water stop screws,Z-shaped guide wall construction joints,and cooling water circulation pipes in the concrete.Professional radiation protection measures and radiation resistant barium sulfate materials are also adopted.Under the joint action of these measures,not only has the overall stability of the steel reinforcement support and formwork system been improved,but the engineering quality of concrete construction has also been enhanced,and the radiation level has been effectively controlled at a harmless level.
