摘  要:珠海机场综合交通枢纽项目GTC屋盖结构具有体系复杂、跨度大、屋盖下方错层多等特点。为解决施工难度大、曲面造型、航空限高等施工难点,通过不同钢结构安装施工方案的比选,并结合大跨度结构特点,采用桁架地面拼装、高空分段原位吊装及单榀桁架临时固定支撑的施工方法,有效解决屋盖大跨度交叉桁架安装的施工难题。采用Rhino软件对环桁架和交叉桁架进行曲面空间弯扭建模,保证了屋盖整体曲面的建筑效果。采用航后作业和调整履带式起重机臂长降低高度,满足了机场航空限高要求。The GTC roof of Zhuhai Airport comprehensive transportation hub project has the characteristics of complex structural system,large span and multiple split-level under the roof.In order to solve the construction difficulties such as difficult construction,curved surface modeling,aviation height limit,through the comparison and selection of different steel structure installation and construction schemes,and the characteristics of largespan structure,the construction methods of truss ground assembly,high-altitude segment in-situ lifting and single truss temporary fixed support are adopted to effectively solve the construction problems of large-span cross truss installation.The bending and torsional modeling of ring truss and cross truss is carried out with Rhino software to ensure the architectural effect of the whole surface of the roof.The use of post-flight operation and adjusting the length of the crawler boom to reduce the height meets the requirements of the airport for aviation height limit.
