摘 要:研究结合工程实例,以福建某迁建(下院建设)项目主体工程斋堂综合楼建筑单体为背景,介绍了缓粘结预应力空心楼板施工工艺,详细阐述了由缓粘结预应力筋组合模具压制成型的填充,体现了现浇大跨度缓粘结预应力空心楼板施工工艺。通过将缓粘结预应力同填充体组合提高结构受力性能,减轻结构自重,实现了大跨度空间的功能需求,同时因其简单的施工工艺,使施工质量更有保障,可为类似工程施工提供技术参考。Combined with engineering examples,this study takes the construction technology of the Zhaitang Complex Building,the main project of a relocation(lower courtyard construction)project in Fujian Province,as the background,introduces the construction technology of the slow-bonded prestressed hollow floor slab,and elaborates the filling formed by the combination mold of the slow-bonded prestressed tendons,which reflects the construction technology of pouring large-span slow-bonded prestressed hollow floor slabs.By combining the slow bonding prestress with the filler,the mechanical performance of the structure is improved,the self-weight of the structure is reduced,the functional requirements of the large-span space are realized,and the construction quality is more guaranteed because of its simple construction technology,which can provide a technical reference for the construction of similar projects.
