硅墨烯保温与结构一体化系统的相关研究

摘　　要：硅墨烯保温与结构一体化系统是以工厂生产的硅墨烯免拆模保温板作为建筑外墙保温板,建设过程中将其作为主体结构剪力墙外模板使用,一次浇筑成形,永久免拆,以形成保温与结构主体的一体化结构。外表面是由抹面层、饰面层构成的外保温系统的总称。硅墨烯保温与结构一体化系统现阶段属于“四新”技术,研究中相关设计、施工经验有助于该系统在今后的施工过程中被广泛选择与应用。The integrated system of silicone insulation and structure is made of silicone insulation board produced by the factory as the external wall insulation board of the building.During the construction process,it is used as the external formwork of the main structure shear wall,poured and formed in one time,permanently without dismantling,to form an integrated structure of insulation and structure.The outer surface is the general term for the external insulation system composed of a plaster layer and a decorative layer.At present,the integrated system of silicone insulation and structure belongs to the"four new"technology.The relevant design and construction experience in the research will help the system to be widely selected and applied in future construction processes.
