石膏基自流平砂浆在高层住宅中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了验证石膏基自流平在高层住宅工程应用中的可行性,对比之前采用传统的人工方法,可以相对自留找平,并对其进行地面装饰,研究从多个方面将石膏基自流平与传统施工材料及方法进行对比。经过研究发现,石膏基自流平在固化和硬化过程中能够进行微收缩,而且热稳定性好,可用于有地暖的地板找平。石膏基自流平砂浆以施工实例为例,显示了在高层中的应用特点、施工方法和解决方案。In order to verify the feasibility of using gypsum based self leveling in high-rise residential engineering,this article compares and analyzes gypsum based self leveling with traditional construction materials and methods from multiple aspects,compared with the previous use of traditional manual methods,which can relatively self leveling and decorate the ground.After research,it was found that gypsum based self leveling can undergo slight shrinkage during the curing and hardening process,and has good thermal stability,which can be used for leveling floors with underfloor heating.The application characteristics,construction methods,and solutions of gypsum based self leveling mortar in high-rise buildings are demonstrated through construction examples.
