摘  要:以雄安新区某线性综合管廊市政道路工程为例,针对结构复杂的线性现浇综合管廊和市政道路施工问题,应用BIM技术对工程建设进行充分研究,并检测出各专业设施的冲突问题,对其进行提前解决,同时对市政道路附属设施的预制装配式技术进行创新,不仅保证了工程施工质量,而且有效缩短了施工工期,降低了施工成本,达到了综合管廊与市政道路快建的目的,对降低施工管理成本及相关设施尽快投入使用具有重要意义,可为同类工程提供参考借鉴。This study takes a linear comprehensive pipe gallery municipal road project in Xiong'an New Area as an example,aiming at the construction problems of linear cast–in–place comprehensive pipe gallery and municipal road with complex structure,the BIM technology is used to fully study the engineering construction,and the conflict problem of various professional facilities is detected,and it is solved in advance,and the prefabricated assembly technology of municipal road ancillary facilities is innovated,which not only ensures the construction quality of the project,but also effectively shortens the construction period,reduces the construction cost,and achieves the purpose of rapid construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery and municipal road.It is of great significance to reduce the construction management cost and put the relevant facilities into use as soon as possible,and can provide reference for similar projects.
