屋面钢结构梁非水平梁安装工法的研究与应用

摘　　要：基于青岛市古镇口军民融合创新示范区大学城公共场馆二期(海洋科技馆)项目,研究屋面钢结构梁非水平设计下的安装工艺。为了保证屋面H形钢梁、钢柱混凝土柱混合结构的施工质量,通过对施工方案及现场施工控制要点进行反复论证优化,形成了一套高效的钢结构梁非水平梁安装施工技术,确保施工过程中的科学合理,安全高效,可为相似的工程提供相关借鉴经验。Based on the second phase of the University City Public Venue(Ocean Science and Technology Museum)project in the Guzhunkou Military Civilian Integration Innovation Demonstration Zone of Qingdao City,and studies the installation process of roof steel structure beams under non horizontal design.In order to ensure the construction quality of the roof H–beam,steel column concrete column hybrid structure,a set of efficient steel structure beam non horizontal beam installation construction techniques has been developed through repeated demonstration and optimization of the construction plan and on–site construction control points,ensuring scientific,reasonable,safe and efficient construction process,and providing relevant reference experience for similar projects.
