摘 要:建筑行业对起重机的高度要求愈发增多,起重机附着技术是解决起重机高度问题的关键。起重机超过最大独立高度时,需要增加附墙杆件,以便可从固定附墙杆件的结构上得到能够保证塔身钢结构的长细比,其能稳定塔身的钢结构保持平衡且不至于失稳的技术。研究以某工程为例,对起重机附着高度、附着次数、起重机与附着点的相对位置、采用的附着形式及附着角度等方面进行了研究,并针对不同问题进行了分析,并提出对应的施工最优解,以期为类似起重机附着安全工程提供参考。The construction industry has increasingly high requirements for cranes,and crane attachment technology is the key to solving the height problem of cranes.When the crane exceeds the maximum independent height,it is necessary to add wall attachments so that the slenderness ratio of the tower steel structure can be ensured from the structure of the fixed wall attachments,which can stabilize the steel structure of the tower and maintain balance without instability.Taking a certain project as an example,this study investigated the attachment height,attachment frequency,relative position between the crane and attachment point,attachment form and angle adopted,and analyzed different problems.Corresponding optimal construction solutions were proposed to provide reference for similar crane attachment safety projects.
