循环荷载作用下高炉基础沉降规律研究

摘  要:高炉基础作为大体积混凝土设备基础之一,受力较为复杂,基础沉降要求严格。铁水的反复增减装卸,导致基础不断承受循环荷载,增加了基础沉降风险。对此研究以福建龙钢炼钢炉基础为依托,通过数值模拟分析了不同铁水荷载下基础的变形特征,研究得出以下结论:循环荷载作用下高炉基础处于不断加载卸载过程,满载时结构最大沉降为11.983mm。循环加载易导致基础下部中风化岩石发生剪切破坏,中风化与强风化岩层分界点已发生离层。采用注浆加固后,基础满载时沉降降低了64.23%,土体稳定性增强。研究可为炼钢高炉基础设计及处治提供借鉴。As one of the general concrete equipment foundations,the blast furnace foundation has extremely complex stress and strict requirements for foundation settlement.The repeated loading and unloading of molten iron results in the foundation continuously bearing cyclic loads,increasing the risk of foundation settlement.Based on the foundation of the steelmaking furnace at Fujian Longgang,this study analyzed the deformation characteristics of the foundation under different molten iron loads through numerical simulation.The following conclusions were drawn:under cyclic load,the foundation of the blast furnace is in a continuous loading and unloading process,and the maximum settlement of the structure under full load is 11.983mm.Cyclic loading can easily lead to shear failure of moderately weathered rocks in the lower part of the foundation,and the boundary point between moderately weathered and strongly weathered rock layers has already separated.After using grouting reinforcement,the settlement of the foundation under full load was reduced by 64.23%,and the stability of the soil was enhanced.The research can provide reference for the design and treatment of steel blast furnace foundation.
