数字中国、数字经济、数字社会内涵异同与评价体系探讨

摘　　要：发展数字经济、建设数字中国、构建数字社会是加速推进中国式现代化的重要引擎,但是对于数字中国、数字经济、数字社会之间的逻辑关系研究相对较少,导致在发展规划边界、领域发展重点、落地实效评估等环节的分析不够准确。鉴于上述现实问题,本文首先探讨了数字中国、数字经济、数字社会的基本内涵,然后从关联性、侧重点、核心主体、影响范围等方面分析了其内在关系,立足三者概念的不同侧重点提出了通用性维度、差异性维度两类评价指标,构建了适用于数字省份、数字经济、数字社会的评价指标体系。The development of the Digital Economy,the construction of Digital China,and the estab-lishment of a Digital Society constitute significant engines for accelerating the Chinese path to modernization.However,there is relatively lttle research on the logical relationship among Digital China,Digital Economy,and Digital Society,which leads to inaccurate analysis in areas such as development planning boundaries,key development areas,and evaluation of implementation effectiveness.Given the aforementioned practical problems,this paper initially examines the fundamental connotations of Digital China,Digital economy,and Digital society.Subsequently,it analyzes the intrinsic relationships among the three aspects of relevance,key points,core entities,and influence scope.Based on the different aspects of the three concepts,it propo-ses two types of evaluation indicators,namely,the general dimension and the differential dimension,and constructs an evaluation indicator system applicable to the digital province,the digital economy,and the digital society.
