摘  要:通过深入研究灌浆材料性能并引入钢管定位技术,提出了一种创新的钢筋套筒挤压+钢管定位连接梁柱节点系统。这一系统经过实验验证,显著提升了工程抗震性能,为结构安全性和可靠性带来重要的改进。以一座框架结构教学楼为背景,重点探讨了该节点技术在连接梁柱上的施工技术应用。这包括工艺流程的优化和操作方法的精细化调整,以确保节点的准确安装和高效连接。此外,对项目梁柱节点连接性能的拉压刚度和延性比进行深入分析。分析结果显示,新型节点系统不仅在静态荷载下表现优异,而且在高应力反复拉压作用下展现更大的稳定性和延性。通过工程实践验证表明,该节点系统具备多项优势和广泛的适用范围。这些特点使新系统在实际应用中具有显著的经济和技术价值。Through in-depth study of the properties of grouting materials and the introduction of steel pipe positioning technology,an innovative beam column joint system of steel sleeve extrusion+steel pipe positioning connection is proposed.The experimental results show that this system has significantly improved the seismic performance of the project,and has brought important improvements to the safety and reliability of the structure.Taking a frame structure teaching building as the background,this paper mainly discusses the construction technology application of the node technology in the connection beam column.This includes the optimization of process flow and the fine adjustment of operation methods to ensure the accurate installation and efficient connection of nodes.In addition,the tension compression stiffness and ductility ratio of the beam column joint connection performance of the project are analyzed in depth.These analysis results show that the new joint system not only performs well under static load,but also shows greater stability and ductility under high stress repeated tension and compression.The engineering practice shows that the node system has many advantages and a wide range of applications.These characteristics make the new system show significant economic and technical value in practical application.
