摘　　要：辽西北供水工程下穿某河流隧洞工程附近存在多处地质隐患问题,其中河床下方200 m隧洞区域内存在严重岩石破碎问题,且隧洞顶端和河床之间仅有16 m左右距离,同时隧洞施工时需要穿越断层影响带F1和F3,隧洞施工过程中很容易发生突水等问题,对工程实践带来负面影响,需采取针对性防排水措施以提高施工安全性。本文结合工程具体数据,分析辽西北供水工程水下穿某河流隧洞施工时的主要防排水措施,并具体介绍超前帷幕注浆技术的应用及效果。工程施工过程中采用钻灌一体机实施全断面超前帷幕注浆处理,配套设置集水坑等设施,有效避免涌水等问题,施工过程中未出现质量安全事故。There are multiple geological hazards near the tunnel project of the Northwest Liaoning Water Supply Project crossing a certain river.Among them,there is a serious rock fragmentation problem in the tunnel area 200meters below the riverbed,and the distance between the top of the tunnel and the riverbed is only about 16meters.At the same time,tunnel construction needs to cross the fault influence zones F1and F3,making it easy to encounter water inrush and other problems during tunnel construction,which has a negative impact on engineering practice,Targeted waterproofing and drainage measures need to be taken to improve construction safety.The article combines specific engineering data to analyze the main waterproof and drainage measures during the construction of an underwater river crossing tunnel in a water distribution project,and specifically introduces the application and effectiveness of advanced curtain grouting technology.During the construction process,a drilling and grouting integrated machine was used to implement full section advanced curtain grouting treatment,and supporting facilities such as water collection pits were set up to effectively avoid problems such as water inrush.No quality and safety accidents occurred during the construction process.
