摘  要:桥梁预制箱梁安装通常利用盖(横)梁放置临时支座,在城市高架美观程度欠佳,而采用隐形盖(横)梁现浇混凝土将梁体连接,桥梁下部结构不再有明显突兀,整体顺适美观,但临时支撑结构显得尤为重要。为此,对箱梁安装和隐形盖梁施工临时支撑结构关键创新技术进行探讨。实践表明:施工中采用重型支撑塔架关键创新技术具有承重性强安全性高、组拼便捷高效、节约施工成本和缩短工期等优点,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。In the installation of precast box girders of bridges,cover(transverse)beams are usually used to place temporary supports,which is not beautiful in urban viaducts.However,the invisible cover(transverse)beams are used to connect the beams with cast-in-place concrete,so the bridge substructure is no longer obvious and comfortable,but the temporary support structure is particularly important.Therefore,the key innovative technologies of box girder installation and temporary support structure of invisible cap beam construction are discussed.The practice shows that the key innovative technology of heavy support tower in construction has many advantages,such as strong load-bearing,high safety,convenient and efficient assembly,saving construction cost and construction period,which provides reference for similar engineering construction.
