高速公路路堤式道路水泥搅拌桩复合地基沉降研究

摘  要:以佛(山)江(门)高速工程项目为研究对象,运用现场实测的手段研究路基填筑过程中水泥搅拌桩复合地基的沉降随时间和随深度的变化特征。结果表明,随着深度的增加,水泥搅拌桩复合地基在不同深度处的沉降值表现出非线性单调降低的趋势,最大的沉降值在地表;地基的总沉降主要由水泥搅拌桩加固区部分的压缩量和加固区下卧层的压缩量组成;指数函数、对数函数和二次多项式的拟合关系均可以较好地描述地基沉降随深度的变化;不同深度监测点的沉降值变化规律大致相同,均呈非线性单调增加,并在施工静置期趋于收敛;路基沉降、沉降速率随时间的变化规律与路堤的填筑进程具有显著的相关性,沉降速率在填筑期波动最大,在早期沉降速率增长较快,随后沉降速率降低并呈现小幅度的波动。Taking the Foshan-Jiangmen high-speed project as the research object,the settlement characteristics of cement-mixed pile composite foundation with time and depth during the process of subgrade filling are studied by means of field measurement.The results show that with the increase of depth,the settlement of composite foundation with cement mixing piles shows a non-linear monotonic decreasing trend at different depths The total settlement of the foundation is mainly composed of the compressions of the cement mixing pile reinforcement area and the substratum of the reinforcement area The fitting relations of exponential function,logarithmic function and quadratic polynomial can well describe the change of foundation settlement with depth,and the change law of settlement value of monitoring points at different depths is approximately the same,and all of them increase nonlinearly and monotonically,the variation law of subgrade settlement and settlement rate with time has a significant correlation with the filling process of embankment,and the settlement rate fluctuates most during the filling period,in the early stage,the sedimentation rate increases rapidly,and then decreases and fluctuates in a small range.
