摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种以稀发排卵或无排卵、高雄激素血症及卵巢多囊样改变为主要特征的代谢性疾病。目前尚无动物模型能够全面地覆盖PCOS所有临床表现。本文综述了常见的PCOS动物模型,并总结了其生殖与代谢特征。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a metabolic disease characterized by oligo-ovulation or anovulation,hyperandrogenism,and polycystic ovary changes.At present,no animal model can fully cover all clinical manifestations of PCOS.This article reviews the common animal models of PCOS and summarizes its reproductive and metabolic characteristics.
