摘 要:[目的]比较两种碱性清洗剂中总碱含量测定方法,确定一种结果准、精密度高的测定方法,提高检测效率。[方法]分析行标法《QB/T 4314—2023食品工具和工业设备用碱性清洗剂》、国标法《GB/T 4348.1—2013工业用氢氧化钠氢氧化钠和碳酸钠含量的测定》两种方法的检测结果、终点判定、精密度、不确定度。[结果]两种方法检测结果无显著性差异,行标法的精密度高于国标法、终点判定优于国标法、不确定度低于国标法。[结论]用行标法检测碱性清洗剂中总碱含量的精密度更好,终点判定更准确,工作效率更高。[Objective]To determine a method with accurate results and high precision by comparing the determination of the total alkali content in two alkaline cleaning agents,in order to improve the determination efficiency in the future.[Method]The determination results,endpoint determination,precision and uncertainty of the two methods were compared and analyzed,by industry standard method QB/T 4314—2023 Alkaline Cleaning Agents for Food Tools and Industrial Equipment and national standard method GB/T 4348.1—2013 Determination of Sodium Hydroxide and Sodium Carbonate Content for Industrial Use.[Result]There was no significant difference between the two methods,the precision of the industry standard method was higher than that of the national standard method,the color judgment of the endpoint of the industry standard method was better than that of the national standard method,moreover,the uncertainty of industry standard method was lower than that of national standard method.[Conclusion]The industry standard method was used to detect the total alkali content in alkaline cleaning agent with better precision,more accurate endpoint determination,and higher work efficiency.
